The Project
Playford Alive's quality designed and sustainable homes cater to buyers at all stages of life. Every home will have energy efficiency features, and will be situated on tree-lined streets linked to a network of public parks, services, shops and schools.
Each neighbourhood is designed around a green gathering point leading to walkways and bike trails, making walking and cycling easier and safer. Public and community transport will link to train stations, schools and local facilities. Every street will have a footpath on both sides of the road.
New schools, shopping and community precincts will soon be under construction across the project area. Town centres and neighbourhood hubs will offer jobs and training opportunities as well as improved community facilities, health and welfare services.
What makes Playford Alive different
The State Government and City of Playford work closely with community leaders and residents. This will continue through the life of the Playford Alive project.
