A place to learn
Playford Alive will boast easy access to a long list of educational facilities for people of all ages and backgrounds. The South Australian Government will build two new schools, including childcare facilities, offering over 2000 places and zoned to give priority to Playford Alive residents.
A range of additional child care and both public and private schools are within the vicinity too.
Two TAFE campuses are nearby and additional adult education opportunities are also planned.
A place to unwind
A big part of what makes Playford Alive so special is its dedication to making the most of outdoor spaces. This new community will feature parks, wetlands, reserves, sporting fields and playgrounds, linked by kilometres of bike and walking trails.
Streetscapes, both new and revitalised, will also add to the beauty of the neighbourhood. Ample trees and landscaping will be maintained year-round by recycled storm water from nearby urban wetlands.
