Living at Playford Alive
Playford Alive is one of the biggest urban renewal projects in Australia and is rejuvenating around 1,000 hectares of land through Munno Para, Munno Para West, Davoren Park, Smithfield Plains, Andrews Farm and Penfield.
Over the next 15 years Playford Alive will deliver around 8,000 new homes and the local population will grow from 13,000 to 40,000 residents. To support this local growth, there will be be new education facilities, new parks and gardens, new community and recreation spaces and brand new retail precincts. All connected with improved public transport and convenient links to walkways and bike trails.
