Land Development Opportunities at Playford Alive
Strategic land opportunities will be made available for purchase and development by the Non-Government Organisation (NGO) sector at the Playford Alive Renewal Project in Adelaide's north.
The Land Management Corporation (LMC) is seeking NGO organisations that are able to finance and develop affordable multi-residential dwelling sites which may include National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) funding opportunities.
LMC is offering Lot 98, Andrews Farm for sale by Expressions of Interest.
