Playford Alive is committed to affordability throughout the whole project and wants to help as many people as possible get the key to their own home.
When you see a Playford Alive property with a key symbol, you’ll know it’s a more affordable option. Playford Alive actively supports and promotes Housing SA’s Affordable Homes Program, where eligible buyers have exclusive access to a special range of housing options, including new house and land packages and refurbished Housing SA homes.

Affordable house and land packages
As part of Housing SA's Affordable Homes program, eligible customers can purchase from a range of house and land packages. These homes include finishes such as floor coverings, driveways, paths, stormwater pipes and more. What's more, they also include the Playford Alive Bonus – free front, rear and side fencing, free landscaping and a $500 gas-boosted solar hot water system rebate!
