In joint partnership, the South Australian Government, the City of Playford and the local community will be bringing together around 40,000 residents to create an infrastructure of schools, parks, gardens and retail precincts.
Watch as a new town centre unfolds along Curtis Road. Here shops, cafes, health and other community facilities, as well as a town park, will create a vibrant heart for Playford Alive.
The South Australian Government will build two new schools, including childcare facilities, offering over 2000 places and zoned to give priority to Playford Alive residents.
Expanded bus routes will reach each suburb, while a significantly upgraded rail service will also make travelling speedier and more convenient.
The new northern expressway and other major transport upgrades will improve connection through to Port Adelaide, the Barossa Valley and CBD.
