Retirement Living
Located to the north of the Town Centre, a retirement village is proposed to be developed on a 4.65Ha site. The retirement living site will provide a range of retirement living options, including apartments and houses and, where possible, subject to statutory licensing requirements, incorporate an aged care facility.
